What Happens After You Call
We ask a few questions about the roof and the problem, then book a visit. For most enquiries in Sale that's within a few days; for a leak or storm damage it's as soon as we can get there, often the same day. One of our roofers looks at the roof from the ground, from a ladder and, where we can, from inside the loft, and explains what they've found while they're with you.
You then get a written quote that sets out the work, the materials and the price, with photographs of the problem areas. There's no charge for the visit or the quote and no pressure to go ahead. If a small repair will do, we'll say so rather than pricing a bigger job.
